All accommodation rates quoted (unless otherwise stated) include VAT at the current rate, and service. We ask that all reservations are confirmed with a credit/debit card. If you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival your booking will be non-refundable. After prepayment, you must cancel your booking by 2pm local time, 14 days prior to your arrival to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival your booking will be non-refundable. In the event of a late cancellation or non-arrival, full payment will be taken from the card used to guarantee your booking, otherwise payment can be made when you depart. • Late Check-out Hour: 12:30 PM
• Late Check-out Fees: £20.00
• Late check-out (after 10:30 AM and before 12:30 PM) may result in a fee.

Terms and Conditions:

• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed inside the rooms or property.
• Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Check-in: Earlier than 15:00:00 and Later than 21:00:00 is chargeable, hourly rate will be apply.  An early or late arrival should be arranged at time of booking.
• Check-Out: Later than 10:30:00 is chargeable, hourly rate will be apply.
• Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
• Upon departure, guests must hand in their room key at reception.
